Welcome to the Alabama Historic Ironworks Commission (AHIC) Archaeology Blog! Here we’ll keep in touch with our volunteers, report on our latest activites and discoveries and, hopefully, encourage others to join us to dig, record artifacts in the Garnet M, Garvin Archaeology Lab, assist with genological and historical research, or help in their own special way.
